For Credit Card Billed Fuse Internet Access Customers

If you are a Fuse Internet Access customer who is billing your service to a credit card, please enter your primary Fuse Username (Login Account) and Password in the fields below to obtain your account number.

Determine the Primary User Name (Login Account) for Windows\

1. Double-click on your Fuse Connection icon (usually located on your desktop).
2. The Connect To window will appear. The Primary User Name (Login Account) is displayed in the User name field.
3. Close the Connect To window.

Congratulations, you now know your Primary User Name (Login Account). We recommend you write down the Primary User Name (Login Account) and corresponding password. You will need this information to perform many account maintenance functions in the future.

Determine the Primary User Name (Login Account) for Macintosh

1. Click the Apple icon, select Control Panels and then click Remote Access. The Remote Access window will open.
2. If you have saved your Remote Access settings, the contents of the Name field is the Primary User Name (Login Account) holder. If you have not saved your Remote Access settings, the text you normally enter will become the Primary User Name (Login Account) holder.
3. Close the Remote Access window.
